200 g sweet potato, peeled & chopped<br />
200 g carrots, peeled & chopped<br />
100 g parsnips, peeled & chopped<br />
<li>Steam the carrots & parsnip for 5 minutes</li>
<li>Add the sweet potato, continue to steam for 10-12 minutes or until the vegetables are tender</li>
<li>Drain the vegetables and blend to a puree or your desired consistency using a little of the cooking liquid or you could add a little of your baby’s usual milk.</li>
