- 1 large carrot, peeled & chopped
- 1 large ripe, pear, peeled, cored & chopped
- 1 large apple, peeled, cored & chopped
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 100 ml water
- Measure all of the ingredients into a juicer. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses. Best served chilled.
