To Decorate

  • 200g sugar snap peas
  • 1 red pepper
  • 150g baby corn , halved lengthways
  • ½ cucumber , sliced
  • Edible eyes
  • 1 carrot
  • cocktail sticks

Sour Cream Dip

  • 200g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chives., chopped
  • ½ clove garlic, crushed


  1. Mix the sour cream, chives and  garlic together in a bowl. Season lightly and spoon into a glass bowl.
  2. Slice the bottom of the pepper to make the turkey’s face. Slice the remaining pepper in strips.
  3. Put the dip at the bottom of a platter . Arrange the sugar snap peas around the edge of the platter , then the pepper and corn to look like the turkey’s features . Arrange the cucumber in the centre.
