Tuna, Mayo & Sweetcorn Toastie

Say sayonara to soggy sarnies and hello to crunchy, crispy CRIMPiT sandwiches. This back-to-school season, let this handy little device liven up your little one’s lunchbox and transform a piece of bread into a masterpiece.

Ingredients

25g tuna, drained
25g sweetcorn, drained
1 heaped tablespoon mayonnaise
15g cheddar, grated
1 Warburtons Thin

Method

  1. Put the tuna, sweetcorn, mayonnaise and cheddar into a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Put one half of thin into the base of the Crimpet. Spoon the mixture into the centre, leaving a space around the edge. Put the second thin on top and place the top of the Crimpet on top. Press down firmly to seal the sandwich and enclose the filling.
  3. Put the sandwich into a toaster and toast until it pops up.
