Micro Scooters leaderboard


  • 200 g sweet potato, peeled & chopped
  • 200 g carrots, peeled & chopped
  • 100 g parsnips, peeled & chopped


  1. Steam the carrots & parsnip for 5 minutes
  2. Add the sweet potato, continue to steam for 10-12 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
  3. Drain the vegetables and blend to a puree or your desired consistency using a little of the cooking liquid or you could add a little of your baby’s usual milk.
