Tomato Mini Muffins

These Mini Tomato Muffins are so simple to make for an ideal snack for babies & toddlers. They make for a convenient, portable, and freezer-friendly snack option with the ideal texture for baby-led weaning.

Recipe Saved


175g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp milk
50g Parmesan, grated (or vegetarian alternative)
6 spring onions, sliced
100g Piccolo cherry tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp basil, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Fan.
  2. Measure all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until well combined.
  3. Spoon into a deep 12-hole silicone mini muffin tray.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until well risen and lightly golden.
  5. Pop the muffins out of the tray and cool on a wire rack.
