6 slices ciabatta bread
Olive oil
1 large avocado
150g Piccolo cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 spring onions, sliced
2 tbsp basil, chopped.

Method
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Brush the slices of bread with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet. Grill for 2 minutes until golden, turn over and grill on the other side.
- Mash the avocado and spread over the slices of bread.
- Mix the tomatoes and spring onions together. Spoon on top of the avocado. Sprinkle with basil and drizzle with olive oil.
