Ingredients
100g Baker Street Sliced Brown Bread (3-4 days old is best!)
25g butter
50g brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
900g vanilla ice cream

Method
- Put the bread into a food processor. Whiz until you have fine crumbs.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the breadcrumbs and sugar. Toss over a medium heat for about 10 to 12 minutes until the crumbs are golden, crisp, and caramelised. Add the cinnamon and mix well. Leave to become cold.
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer for 10 minutes. Spoon into a bowl. Add the crumbs and gently mix through the ice cream. Put back into the freezer for 30 to 40 minutes to refreeze. Serve in balls.
