Three Cheese Gnocchi

These Gnocchis are once, twice, three times cheesier and more delicious than the average gnocchi. For all cheese lovers and pasta seekers, you will not want to miss it!

Recipe Saved


600g gnocchi

40g butter

2 tablespoons plain flour

250mls chicken stock

180mls double cream

1 clove garlic, crushed

50g mature cheddar

50g parmesan, grated

50g mozzarella , grated


  1. Cook the gnocchi in boiling water, drain
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan
  3. Add the flour and stir over the heat.
  4. Whisk in the stock, cream and garlic. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the gnocchi, parmesan and cheddar and stir together. Spoon into a dish. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Put the dish under the grill for 5 minutes until bubbling.
