600g gnocchi
40g butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
250mls chicken stock
180mls double cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
50g mature cheddar
50g parmesan, grated
50g mozzarella , grated

Method
- Cook the gnocchi in boiling water, drain
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- Add the flour and stir over the heat.
- Whisk in the stock, cream and garlic. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the gnocchi, parmesan and cheddar and stir together. Spoon into a dish. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
- Put the dish under the grill for 5 minutes until bubbling.
