Ingredients
For Tasty Tuna Sandwiches
- 55 g drained tinned tuna
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
- salt & pepper
- 2 slices bread, flattened
For Cream Cheese & Banana Sandwiches:
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tsp maple syrup (or clear honey for babies over one year)
- 1/2 small banana, mashed
- 2 slices bread, flattened
Method
Tasty Tuna Sandwiches
- Put the tuna in a bowl and mash it well, then stir in the mayonnaise and ketchup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread on one slice of bread and top with the other slice. Cut into shapes, squares or fingers.
Cream Cheese and Banana Sandwiches
- Mix the cream cheese and maple syrup (or honey) together in a bowl then stir in the banana.
- Spread on to one slice of bread and sandwich with the remaining slice. Cut into squares or fingers.
