Ingredients
Miniature chocolate Swiss rolls
Variety of sweets
Tubes of coloured Writing Icing
Matchmaker Chocolate Sticks

Buttercream
25g softened butter
45g icing sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
45g icing sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
- To make the chocolate buttercream, put the butter into a small bowl. Sift together the icing sugar and cocoa powder and add to the butter. Beat with a wooden spoon until thoroughly mixed.
- Decorate the Swiss rolls as in the photograph to look like aliens using a variety of sweets attached using some of the buttercream.
