Sweet Potato, Carrot and Apricot
Suitable from 6 months. Root vegetables have a natural sweetness that babies like and they are easy to digest.
- 250 g small sweet potato (peeled and chopped)
- 75 g 1 medium carrot peeled and sliced
- 30 g dried apricots, chopped
- 350 ml boiling water
- Put the sweet potato, carrot and apricots in a saucepan. Pour over the boiling water and cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Drain, and purée using an electric hand blender.
