Super C Smoothie

With a high combo of vitamin A & C, fruit smoothies are great for boosting the immune system & aiding growth.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: No Cook
Makes: 2 small portions
Great for:  Kids - 2-4 Years Kids 4+ Years

115 g strawberries (3 large or 5 medium), hulled & quartered
1 wedge of watermelon or canteloupe, seeds & rind removed & flesh cubed
1/2 small banana
3 tbsp strawberry yoghurt
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp clear honey
  1. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth or your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve straightaway.
  3. If there is smoothie left over, it can be kept in the fridge to drink later.
