Ingredients
300 g Sirloin Steak, sliced into strips
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 large red onion, sliced
1/2 red pepper, deseeded & sliced
1 tsp ginger, grated
2 tomatoes, deseeded & sliced into strips
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
a little iceberg lettuce, shredded
a little mayonnaise
6 mini wraps
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
- Put the steak strips into a bowl. Add the oyster sauce, soy and honey.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok. Add the steak and quickly fry until golden, set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan.
- Add the onion, pepper, ginger and fry for 4 minutes until soft.
- Return the steak to the pan with the tomatoes, soy and oyster sauce. Season and toss together.
- Warm the wraps in a microwave for 1 minute. Place on a board.
- Arrange the filling on top then some lettuce and mayonnaise
- Roll up and slice in half.
