Spaghetti with Piccolo Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken & Broccoli

A quick, simple dinner recipe, 10-Minute Spaghetti with Piccolo Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken & Broccoli comes together in minutes and is full of bright and satisfying flavours.

180g spaghetti
75g broccoli florets
1 tbs sunflower oil
1 banana shallot, chopped
150g crème fraiche
1 chicken breast cooked, diced
300g cherry tomatoes, halved
50g Parmesan grated
2tbs basil, chopped


  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the packet instructions. Add the broccoli 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  2. Remove 50mls of water before draining.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the shallots and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the crème fraiche, tomatoes, chicken & basil.
  5. Bring up to the boil. Add the pasta broccoli & water.
  6. Add the cheese & toss together over the heat.
