Shell Pasta with Spinach

This Shell Pasta with Spinach is a tasty veggie pasta sauce ready in minutes. You can make this using my organic baby pasta shells which are great way to introduce more texture into your babies food. My organic pasta shells are now available to buy on Ocado & Amazon.

75g mini pasta shells
1 tbsp olive oil
½ onion, finely chopped
½ garlic clove , crushed
75g baby spinach, chopped
50g cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp crème fraiche
20g parmesan, grated (or vegetarian alternative Italian style hard cheese)


  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the packet instructions.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and fry until soft. Add the spinach and tomatoes and fry until wilted.
  3. Add the cooked pasta, crème fraiche & parmesan. Stir until heated through.
