Scrambled Egg with Tomato and Cheese

Well-cooked scrambled eggs make a delicious quick meal for your baby, so get this Scrambled Egg with Tomato and Cheese recipe on your baby’s menu. Make sure the white and yolk are cooked until solid for babies under one year.

Ingredients

A knob of butter
1 tomato deseeded and diced
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp chives, chopped
1 tbsp parmesan, grated

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a small non-stick pan. Add the tomatoes and fry for 30 seconds. Add the egg and milk and stir over the heat until scrambled. Add the chives and cheese.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir until melted. Serve straight away.
  3. If serving for a 9-12 month old’s breakfast, add some fingers of toast and fresh fruit on the side.
