If you ever find yourself with leftover mashed potato, this Salmon & Veggie Bites recipe might just be your new go-to! Salmon contains many essential nutrients for babies and children including, omega-3 essential fatty acids so aim to feed your little ones two portions of fish per week to keep them swimming along nicely!

100g sweet potato mash
60g cold mashed potatoes
250g salmon fillet, diced
60g onions, chopped
60g carrot, grated
2 tsp dried dill
20g tomato ketchup
15g sweet chilli sauce
30g Parmesan
25g Cheddar
80g panko breadcrumbs


  1. Pre heat the oven to 200 Fan.
  2. Measure the ingredients into a processor. Whiz until well blended.
  3. Shape into 30 round bites. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
