Salmon, Tomato, Cheddar & Basil Frittata Muffins

Packed with omega-3 and protein, these salmon muffins will have your taste buds dancing!

3 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
50g Cheddar, grated
100g cooked salmon fillet, flaked
2 tbsp basil, chopped
100g cherry tomatoes, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the milk and beat together until blended. Add the cheese, tomatoes, salmon and basil . Season and mix well. Put a 6 hole silicone muffin case onto a baking sheet.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tray. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes until pale golden and set.
