½ small onion, chopped
150g sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
150ml unsalted vegetable stock or water
150g salmon fillet, diced
100g Piccolo cherry tomatoes, halved
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes, then add the potatoes and stock. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Add the salmon and tomatoes, cover and simmer for 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Blend until smooth (or until you reach the desired consistency for your baby).
