Ingredients
200g sweet potato, peeled and diced
50g broccoli florets
100g salmon cut into chunks
1 tbsp cream cheese

Method
- Put the sweet potato into a steamer. Steam for 12 minutes until just tender. Add the broccoli and salmon and steam for 8 minutes until the broccoli and salmon are cooked through.
- Mash or blend with 2 to 3 tablespoons of the water from the steamer and blend to the desired consistency.
- Stir in the cream cheese.
