Salmon & Sweet Potato Balls

Offering finger foods is an ideal way of introducing new tastes and textures and these power-packed mini-balls contain three superfoods, salmon, spinach, and sweet potato to keep your little one healthy and strong.



  1. Prick the potato and cook in the microwave for 8 minutes until soft. Leave to cool. Slice in half and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Measure all of the ingredients except the flour into a processor. Whiz until finely chopped. Shape into 20 small balls. Coat in the flour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180C Fan.
  4. Line a baking sheet with non-stick paper. Drizzle with oil. Roll the balls in the oil.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes turning over halfway through.
