125g salmon fillet
knob butter (or dairy-free alternative)
1 tbsp sunflower oil
250g cooked rice
4 spring onions, sliced
25g petit pois
20g Parmesan cheese (or dairy-free alternative)

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 Fan. Put the salmon in tin foil with the butter and make a parcel. Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the spring onions and fry for a few minutes. Add the cooked rice, peas and flaked salmon. Fry over the heat for 3 minutes. Season well. Sprinkle with cheese.
