150g salmon fillet
150g fusilli pasta
100g frozen peas
2 tbsp olive oil
1 leek, sliced
150g crème fraiche
1 tbsp dill chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
20g Parmesan, grated

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C Fan. Line a baking sheet with foil. Put the salmon fillet on top. Fold over the foil and make a parcel. Bake for 12 minutes then flake into small pieces.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the packet instructions. Add the peas 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the leek and fry for 3 to 4 minutes, Add the crème fraiche, pasta, peas, lemon, and dill. Bring up to the boil, add the salmon and Parmesan cheese.
