Preheat the oven to 180C Fan. Line a baking sheet with foil. Put the salmon fillet on top . Fold over the foil and make a parcel. Bake for 12 minutes and flake.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Add the peas 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the leek and fry for 3 to 4 minutes, Add the crème fraiche, pasta, peas, lemon and dill. Bring up to the boil, add the salmon and season.
