Rolled Ham & Vegetable Omelette

Eggs and ham are a pair made in heaven, this is why your little angels and you need to try my rolled ham & vegetable omelette done under 15 minutes.

2 large eggs
4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
15g spinach, chopped
20g Cheddar cheese, grated
1 slice ham, chopped
Knob butter


  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl using a fork. Add the tomatoes, spinach, ham and cheese.
  2. Heat the butter in a small frying pan. When the butter is foaming, Ladle half of the mixture into the centre of the pan. Once the mixture is just set underneath, fold over 1/3 and flip it into the middle and press down firmly with a palette knife. Fold another 1/3 over and finally flip the whole omelette over to finish cooking on the other side.
