Ingredients
120mls warm milk
65g melted butter
1 egg, beaten
60g caster sugar
7g dried yeast
300g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
50g caster sugar

200g icing sugar

Method
- Mix the milk, melted butter and egg in a jug. Measure the flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Knead on a work surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl. Cover and leave to rise for 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Pre heat the Air fry Oven to 200 Fan and grease the baking tray.
- Divide the dough into small pieces weighing about 40g. Roll into balls. Place on an oiled tray, cover and leave to prove for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
- Place on the baking sheet, leaving space between the balls. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and well risen.
- Remove and roll the doughnuts in 50g caster sugar.
- Mix the icing sugar and enough water to make a thick icing. Add brown colouring.
- Spread the icing over the bottom half of the doughnut to make the Reindeer’s face. Add black fondant for the eyes and a red M & M for the nose. Add Curly Whirys for the antlers using a cocktail if needed.
