Raspberry & Banana Smoothie

This raspberry and banana smoothie is great for an energy boost and full of vitamins to keep your family fighting fit.


1 banana, cut into large cubes (these can be frozen)
50g raspberries
50g strawberries, hulled and halved
3 tbsp raspberry yoghurt
1 tsp honey


  1. Blend the banana, raspberries, strawberries and yoghurt together in an electric blender.
  2. Add some honey to taste, then stir… it’s as easy as that!
