This smoothie is great for energy & full of vitamins to keep your family fighting fit.
- 1 banana, cut into large cubes (these can be frozen)
- 50 g raspberries
- 50 g strawberries, hulled & halved
- 3 tbsp raspberry yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey
- Blend the banana, raspberries, strawberries and yogurt together in an electric blender.
- Add some honey to taste, then stir it in, it’s as easy as that!
