Raspberry & Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is great for energy & full of vitamins to keep your family fighting fit.  

Great for:  18 Months-2 Years Kids - 2-4 Years Kids 4+ Years
Ingredients
1 banana, cut into large cubes (these can be frozen)
50 g raspberries
50 g strawberries, hulled & halved
3 tbsp raspberry yoghurt
1 tsp honey
Method
  1. Blend the banana, raspberries, strawberries and yogurt together in an electric blender.
  2. Add some honey to taste, then stir it in, it’s as easy as that!
