Rainbow Yoghurt Bowl

Breakfasts are better with rainbows! Here is a feast for the eyes and the tummy. Packed with colourful fruits, this bowl of goodness will help you start the day with a smile, and help towards your 5-a-day. Hooray!

20g cream cheese
200g Greek yoghurt
150g tinned peaches, chopped, or 1 fresh peach, peeled, destoned and chopped
25g raspberries, halved

To decorate:
8–10 blueberries
2 strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 satsuma, peeled


  1. Mix the cream cheese, yoghurt and half the peaches in a small bowl.
  2. Place the remaining peaches in the base of a small breakfast bowl and add the halved raspberries.
  3. Spoon the yoghurt mixture on top of the raspberries.
  4. Use the blueberries, strawberries, kiwi and satsuma to decorate the top of the yoghurt.
