Ingredients
100g quinoa rice pasta
2 tbsp fresh pesto
50g cooked chicken, diced
50g cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp basil, chopped
2 tbsp fresh pesto

Method
- Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the packet instructions, Drain and return to the pan.
- Add the pesto, chicken, tomatoes and basil.
- Stir together and spoon into bowls.
