Ingredients
150g fusilli pasta
100g spinach
3 tablespoon double cream
40g parmesan cheese, grated

Method
- Cook the pasta in boiling water, drain. Heat a frying pan. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Add the pasta, cream and cheese. Toss together over the heat.
