Quick & Easy Spinach & Parmesan Fusilli

A super quick pasta dish, with a light cheesy sauce. Couldn’t be easier, simply mix the cooked fusilli with spinach, double cream & Parmesan.


150g fusilli pasta
100g spinach
3 tablespoon double cream
40g parmesan cheese, grated


  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water, drain. Heat a frying pan. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Add the pasta, cream and cheese. Toss together over the heat.
