120g orzo
50g peas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoon double cream
75g cooked king prawns
25g parmesan, grated

Method
- Cook the orzo in boiling water according to the packet instructions. Add the peas 2 minutes before draining.
- Hear the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes until soft. Add the orzo and peas, prawns, cream and parmesan. Toss over the heat until heated through.
