• 1 A knob of butter
  • 150 g plums, chopped
  • 150 g peaches, chopped
  • 20 g prunes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp apple juice


  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the plums, peaches, prunes and apple juice.
  2. Stir over the heat, and then simmer for 5 minutes until soft. Blend until smooth
