Plum, Peach and Prunes
This is also good stirred into porridge for breakfast.
- 1 A knob of butter
- 150 g plums, chopped
- 150 g peaches, chopped
- 20 g prunes, chopped
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the plums, peaches, prunes and apple juice.
- Stir over the heat, and then simmer for 5 minutes until soft. Blend until smooth
