50g cream cheese
220g packet of Piccolo cherry tomatoes
¼ large cucumbers, sliced
Chives, snipped into 2cm pieces
1. Scoop out the seeds from the halved cucumbers.
2. Fill the cucumber with cream cheese.
3. Place three cherry tomatoes on top. Make two small holes on of the end tomatoes with a cocktail stick. Insert two chives to make the antennae’s. Spread a little cream cheese on the back of the edible eyes. Stick on the head to make the face.
4. You can also decorate using sliced of cucumbers to make wings.
