2 mini cucumbers, halved lengthways
50g cream cheese
220g packet of Piccolo cherry tomatoes
¼ large cucumber, sliced
Chives, snipped into 2cm pieces
Cake decor edible eyes
Scoop out the seeds from the halved cucumbers.
Fill the cucumber with cream cheese.
Place 3 cherry tomatoes on top. Make two small holes on of the end tomatoes with a cocktail stick. Insert two chives to make the antennae. Spread a little cream cheese on the back of the edible eyes. Stick on the head to make the face.
You can also decorate using sliced of cucumbers to make wings.
