Piccolo Cherry Tomato Christmas Wreath

Bring the classic festive wreath to the dinner table with this merry & bright Piccolo Cherry Tomato Christmas Wreath recipe. These Piccolo tomatoes stuffed with mozzarella balls, with pesto and fragrant basil, makes the perfect Christmas canape.


Fresh basil leaves
400g Piccolo Cherry Tomatoes
6 tablespoons Fresh Pesto Sauce
285g MIni Mozzarella Balls
Olive oil


  1. Arrange the basil leaves in a ring shape on a large serving plate.
  2. Slice the tops off of each tomato. Using your fingers or a small teaspoon scoop out the inside of the tomatoes and gently squeeze out the juice. Spoon a little pesto into the base of the tomatoes.
  3. Slice the mozzarella balls in half and press inside the tomatoes.
  4. Arrange the balls in a neat ring shape on top of the basil leaves to make a wreath. Drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
