Ingredients
85g pitted dates
150ml boiling water
2 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter
100g porridge oats
30g desiccated coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
50g dried cranberries
15g pumpkin seeds
20g Rice Krispies

Method
- Put the dates and boiling water into a saucepan. Bring up to the boil, then set aside for 10 minutes.
- Scoop out the dates and put into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Add the peanut butter, oats, coconut, seeds, cranberries and 6 tbsp of water.
- Blend until finely chopped. Add the Rice Krispies and blitz for a few seconds. Shape into little balls.
