Made from 100% fruit, and natural sweetness, these peach ice lollies are the ideal dessert on a hot summer day!
Ingredients
4 large ripe peaches
1 tbsp icing sugar, optional
Squeeze lemon
Ice lolly moulds
6 wooden lolly sticks

Method
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the stone. Slice the peach halves into pieces.
- Put the peach, lemon juice and icing sugar into a jug. Blend until smooth using a stick blender.
- Pour into the lolly moulds and insert a wooden stick into the centre of each one.
- Freeze for 6 hours until frozen. Remove from the moulds.
