Micro Scooters leaderboard


  • 2 ripe peaches, quartered
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 100g blueberries
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 120ml double cream
  • 100ml Greek yogurt


  1. Put the peaches and apple into a steamer. Steam for 8 to 10 minutes. Add the blueberries for 2 minutes. Blend until smooth using a stick blender. Cool.
  2. Whisk the double cream until lightly whipped. Stir in the yoghurt. Add the maple syrup to the fruit when cold. Mix into the cream mixture. Spoon into small glasses or pots.
