Ingredients
360 g apples, peeled, cored & chopped
360 g ripe peaches (or pears) peeled, stoned & chopped
150 g strawberries, halved
2 tbsp baby rice

Method
- Steam the apple for about 4 minutes and then add the peach and strawberries, and steam for a further 2 minutes.
- Blend the fruits until smooth and stir in the baby rice.
