75g tiny broccoli florettes
100g cooked chicken diced
100g Piccolo Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
2 tbs basil, chopped
4 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
75g Piccolo Cherry Tomatoes, finely diced
1 tbs chives, chopped
1. Cook the orzo pasta in boiling water according to the packet instructions. Add the broccoli for 2 minutes before the end of cooking time. Drain & refresh in cold water.
2. Put the pasta, broccoli & corn, quartered tomatoes & basil into a mixing bowl.
3. Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a small jug.
4. Pour over the salad just before serving.
