No-Cook Purees – 3-Ways

There are many different ingredients you can use to make no-cook baby food, but here are 3 of my favourites: Avocado & Pear, Raspberry & Banana and exotic Papaya & Mango.

Vegetarian
Makes: 1 portion of each no-cook puree

Ingredients

Avocado & pear

1/4 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1/4 ripe pear, peeled and chopped
50mls natural yoghurt

Raspberry & banana

25g raspberries
25g ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 small ripe banana, sliced

Papaya & mango

40g papaya, peeled and chopped
40g ripe mango, peeled and chopped
Method

Measure all of the ingredients into the Itsy Blitz® blender. Screw on the lid and attach to the base. Blend until smooth.
