No-Cook Purees – 3-Ways

There are many different ingredients you can use to make no-cook baby food, but here my favourites No-Cook Purees: Avocado & Pear, Raspberry & Banana and exotic Papaya & Mango.

Ingredients

Avocado & pear
1/4 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1/4 ripe pear, peeled and chopped
50mls natural yoghurt
,
Raspberry & banana
25g raspberries
25g ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 small ripe banana, sliced
,
Papaya & mango
40g papaya, peeled and chopped
40g ripe mango, peeled and chopped

Method

  1. Measure all of the ingredients into the Itsy Blitz® blender.
  2. Screw on the lid and attach to the base.
  3. Blend until smooth.
