Ingredients
10 large limes
1 packet (135g) strawberry jelly
Black sesame seeds (optional)

Method
- Cut the limes in half and scoop out the lime flesh. Put the halves into 2 x 12-hole bun tins.
- Put the jelly into a jug. Pour over 450ml of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Pour into the empty lime shells.
- Chill in the fridge for roughly 4 hours until set.
- Slice in half using a sharp knife and sprinkle with the black sesame seeds to look like watermelon seeds.
