2 tbs pasata
11/2 tbs sundried tomato paste
8 Piccolo Cherry tomatoes, sliced
150g mozzarella, diced
1. Preheat the oven to 200 fan
2. Unwrap the puff party. Cut out 6 round shapes measuring 9cm wide.
3. Place on a baking sheet. Prick the bases with a fork.
4. Mix the passata and sundried tomato paste together in a bowl. Spread over the bases.
5. Top with basil, tomatoes and mozzarella.
6. Bake in the oven for 18- 20 minutes until well risen, crisp and lightly golden brown.
