Mini Chicken and Veggie Burgers

A great way to sneak in some veggies to your little one’s meal times. These mini burgers are super easy to make and a great addition to your little one’s lunchbox.

300g minced chicken thigh
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 carrot, grated
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 apple, grated
1/4 courgette. grated
50g mature Cheddar, grated
50g Panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp thyme, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed


  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 Fan. Line a baking sheet with non stick paper.
  2. Measure all of the ingredients into a food processor. Whiz together until finely chopped.
  3. Place small shape cutters onto the baking sheet. Fill the cutters some some of the mixture. Press down to make a neat shape, then remove the cutter and repeat.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until lightly brown and cooked through.
