Marshmallow penguins
Make these adorable marshmallow penguins with your kids for a fun Christmas holiday activity or serve them up as a yummy festive treat. They’re perfect to give as homemade gifts and for party food too!
Ingredients
6 very large white marshmallows
100g plain or dark chocolate
M&M’s
Edible eyes

Method
- Put the chocolate into a bowl. Melt over a pan of simmering water until runny.
- Carefully dip the marshmallow into the chocolate. Cover the top and sides to make the penguin’s body. Make sure you leave the tummy white.
- Add the edible eyes and half an M&M for the nose.
- Leave to set for 30 to 40 minutes.
