Ingredients

Lime, Cucumber & Mint

1 lime, thinly sliced
7.5 cm piece of cucumber, peeled, halved lengthways and finely sliced
2 large sprigs of fresh mint
1.5 litres of water

Citrus Refresher

1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
1.5 litres of water
Method

For both flavours:

  1. Put the sliced fruit and water in a large jug (or divide between two smaller jugs)
  2. Cover and chill overnight. Stir before serving.
