Honeyed Lamb Cutlets

Serve these honeyed lamb cutlets with mashed sweet potato, carrots and green vegetables for one delicious dinner.

Ingredients

6 lamb cutlets
Marinade
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp runny honey
½ tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and marinate the cutlets for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill to high. Cook the marinated cutlets under the hot grill for about 8 minutes, turning halfway through. Brush with the marinade during cooking.
