Healthy Cookie Dough Balls

Do you have a cookie monster in your family? Get your cookie fix with these delicious & healthy cookie dough balls. Made with flax & pumpkin seeds (a good source of omega-3’s vitamins & minerals), oats (vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants) and raisins (antioxidants, iron & calcium).

Ingredients

100g porridge oats
50g desiccated coconut
150g peanut butter
50g flax seeds
50g raisins
50g chocolate chips
25g pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp boiling water

Extra
coconut, chocolate sprinkles, cocoa powder

Method

  1. Measure the ingredients into a processor.
  2. Whiz until the mixture is finely chopped comes together.
  3. Roll into 25 balls, then roll into coconut, sprinkles and cocoa powder.
