Glazed Salmon

Salmon is such a great food for little ones and this Glazed Salmon is a quick, easy and delicious recipe that everyone can enjoy.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 3 portions
Great for:  Toddler Recipes 12-18 Months 18 Months-2 Years
Ingredients
1 tbsp plum sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp orange juice

300g salmon sliced into 2cm chunks (skinned)
Method
  1. Preheat the grill until very hot.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with oil.
  3. Mix the plum sauce, soy sauce and orange juice together in a bowl.
  4. Add the salmon and marinate for 5 minutes.
  5. Place on the baking sheet.
  6. Place under the grill for 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and lightly golden.
