Ingredients
3 large eggs
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 slices wholemeal bread
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 slices wholemeal bread
To decorate
Cucumber, carrot, red pepper, olives, edible eggs, parsley
Method
- Put the eggs into a pan of cold water. Boil for 10 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water. Peel and mash the eggs in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise.
- Place the bread onto a board. Spread each slice with egg mayo.
- Decorate the bread with the ingredients to make funny faces.
