Fruit Platter with Dips

Children love choice and with an added opportunity to dunk and dip this desert will be your new go-to.


Raspberry Coulis
150g raspberries
3 tbsp. icing sugar
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp cornflour mixed with a little water
Chocolate Sauce
200g plain chocolate
100ml double cream
Assortment of chopped fruits, to serve


  1. For the raspberry coulis, put all of the ingredients into a small processor. Whiz until smooth. Pass through a sieve into a small bowl. Put into a saucepan add the cornflour mixed with water and heat for a couple of minutes stirring until thickened……Ingredients: 150g raspberries, 3 tbsp. icing sugar, Squeeze of lemon juice, 1 tsp cornflour mixed with a little water.
  2. For the chocolate sauce, put the chocolate and cream into a bowl, heat over a pan of simmering water until runny……Ingredients: 200g plain chocolate, 100ml double cream
